Genco's customer relationship process aims at complete customer satisfaction from the initial RFQ request through production and follow up phases. We strive to build long term relationships based on providing high quality product, on time, at a fair price. We will tailor our style to meet your needs while keeping an open line of communication at all times. We pride ourselves on having year-to-year customer retention rates near 100%, and believe our philosophy enables this to happen.
Each year a strategic business review is done on each current customer, reviewing any action items, unfinished projects, new projects, sales history, RMA's, payment history, or any changes that may affect an account. Our Sales or Customer Service Account Representative will contact our customers and will touch on many of these items. In this way, we give the opportunity to our customers to voice any concerns or requests that might not have been communicated to us throughout the year.
